My career has taken a natural progression, from Lead Solution Architect, where I designed platforms and standardized processes across Mastercard's Merchant Loyalty group, to Lead Site Reliability Engineer, where I brought that architectural perspective to observability, reliability tooling, and incident management. The two roles are more connected than people assume.
One project I'm particularly proud of is SIREN, a platform I conceived and built from scratch that pulls together data from across multiple systems into a single client-centric view. What started as a gap I noticed became a tool used daily by Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success teams.
Before Mastercard, I led architecture at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where I standardized integrations that cut project costs by 70–80%. Earlier in my career I founded and led technology companies in the US and in Europe, building enterprise software for organizations ranging from global financial institutions to the Open Society Institute.
I care about mentoring and knowledge sharing as much as the technical work itself, whether running workshops, helping a junior architect think through a design, or working through a hard problem alongside a customer success team.
